Therapeutic excercises (5cr)

Objective

You are able to instruct the customer in functional exercises and follow up their effects. You develop your instructing skills for various cases. You practice making insoles with a plaster model. You can design and instruct an exercise session to a special / high risk group.

Content

(Includes peer tutoring) How do you instruct functional exercises andmonitor their impact? How can you develop your instructing and educating skills with a multifunctional perspective? How do you make orthoses with positive or negative plaster model? How do you plan and instruct a functional exercise session to a special/ high risk group?

Assessment of Therapeutic exercises: Pass / Fail / Needs to be complemented Self-evaluation and teacher's/supervisor's evaluation. Independent participant: 4th term, entry-level 3 a-g You are able to a. use professional vocabulary systematically. b. look for information in the key information sources of the field. c. identify interrelated tasks. d. work together with customers, users and target groups. e. use the key models, methods, software and techniques of the professional field. f. work as a goal-oriented team member. g. justify your actions according to the ethical principles of the professional field.
