Objective
Students show familiarity with consumerism and know the factors affecting consumer behavior. They are capable to find statistical and qualitative data about the structure and changes of private consumption. Students are capable to apply this information into operations of the field. Students are capable to work as team members in a goal-oriented way.
Content
Which factors affect consumer behavior and changes in it? How is consumer behavior investigated? Which are the key information sources of consumer behavior? By what means is information of consumer purchasingbehavior acquired and utilized in service field?
