Having completed the course, the student
- understands the strategies of producing services at various levels
- assimilates the legislative basis of production of social services
- knows the quality recommendations and regulations concerning the services
- knows various forms of producing the services

- strategic guidance in service production
- legislation and regulations of basic and special services and entrepreneurship in social services
- quality recommendations and regulations of services
- various forms of producing public services, prerequisites of their application and main actors in their production
