Objective

You can describe the operating principals, organizations and future challenges of the work organizations in the field of building services engineering. You can act professionally and in an interactiv way in both work and study communities. You know the laws and regulations that are relevant to the workin life of BSE. You are able to work in the customer-oriented way. You can describe and analyse different kinds of management styles. You get abilities to work as a leader.

What kinds of organization models are there in the working life? How do the work communities funtion? What regulations and principals direct the working organizations? How do you act as a member of a working community? How to act with the customers? What kinds of management models exist and how do you apply them? What abilities you nead to act as a leader?
