Objective

You are able to identify the relations between demand-supply chains and strategy-based business models and see the demand-supply chain as a factor directing the management of operations.
You are able to find tools for developing your entrepreneurship and self-management.
You are able to analyze and develop the performance of the workplace community either in your own firm or in some other organization.

Content

How do you develop your entrepreneurship and self-management?
How do you analyze the changing situations in the workplace and solve problems that may arise?
How do you develop the workplace community and its HR operations in the changing business environments?

Evaluation

The students are able to
a. use professional vocabulary systematically.
b. look for information in the key information sources of the field.

g. justify their actions according to the ethical principles of the professional
