Objective
You will be able to:
• understand how the management of skills and human resources link with performance management and to select the correct tools when managing individuals
• understand how dialogue and quality in leadership may promote culture of high-performance
• assess the ethical aspects of management
• manage personnel through organization, task split, accountability, involvement, interaction and communication
• operate as the primary care situation leader in complex incidents in different environments
• act as administrative head of emergency medical services in collaboration with other authorities
Content
• How management of skills and human resources link with performance management and what are the tools for managing individuals?
• What are the new organizational models of leadership?
• What dialogical leadership is and how it connects with a high- performance culture?
• How to plan and evaluate management (tasks) in primary care service chain?
Evaluation
You will be able to:
a. find, study, produce and evaluate critically multidisciplinary data in their field of expertise
c. evaluate and manage independently operations involving individuals and teams
d. be responsible for operations and develop them
