Assessment criteria level 3: entry-level know-how and skills
Students can
a. use professional vocabulary systematically.
b. look for information in the key information sources of the field.
c. identify interrelated tasks.
d. work together with customers, users and target groups.
e. use the key models, methods, software and techniques of the professional field.
f. work as team members in a goal-oriented way.
g. justify their actions according to the ethical principles of the professional field.

RDI and work-related cooperation

Toteutus sisältää itsenäistä työskentelyä sekä monialaista yhteistyötä omaan kehittämisprojektiin liittyen. Hankkeet tehdään työelämässä, hankepaikat opiskelijaa etsii itse. Esittäminen hankeillassa. Tuntikirjanpito ja tentti.

Course part description

Opintojakson tunnit (135h) voi kerätä yhdessä tai useammassa projektissa. Projektit voi toteuttaa yksin tai pienryhmässä (2-3 opiskelijaa) eri vanhustyön toimintaympäristöissä. Oleellista on, että toteutuksella kehitetään vanhustyötä, sen eri toimintamalleja ja -tapoja. Työskentelyn paikat ja ajankohdat tulee kirjata tuntikirjanpitolomakkeeseen.Lisäksi työskentelystä tulee laatia ja esittä posteri. Posteri laaditaan yhdestä projektista (oma valinta).
