Objective

You deepen your expertise in patient-centered reception work in different work communities.

You deepen your problem-solving and decision-making skills independently, along with research and treatment management.

You are able to use well-researched information in your work and be able to utilize a variety of information acquisition methods, combine acquired data and transfer data to practical patient work.

You know how to communicate in the work community and are active in different work situations.

You can get counseling help from within and outside the work community and provide counseling help yourself.

Content

How do you carry out diagnostic and treatment situations implemented in a patient-centered manner?

How do you pursue different care paths while respecting human dignity?

How do you plan and instruct a patient for further treatment?

How do you ensure continuous learning and self-education in my profession?

Evaluation

Students can:

a. use professional vocabulary systematically.
b. look for information in the key information sources of the field.
c. identify interrelated tasks.
d. work together with customers, users and target groups.
e. use the key models, methods, software and techniques of the professional field.
f. work as team members in a goal-oriented way.
g. justify their actions according to the ethical principles of the professional field.
