Objective
Student will become familiar with the sporting and physical exercise possibilities and places/premisies of Xamk, find suitable activities for him/herself and understand the good physical condition to support the studies. Main target is to increase the physical condition.
Content
Basic sports and physical exercises, team sports, introduction to sporting possibilities, become familiar with new sports and creating and following own sporting and physical exercise programme according to given instructions.
