Objective

You can identify and evaluate the problems of the professional field together with different working groups and target groups.
You can choose appropriate development methods according to the purpose and justify these choices.
You are familiar with quality and evaluation practices of your professional field.
You can plan, implement, evaluate and report a goal-oriented development process.

What is the significance of quality and evaluation work in the development of youth field?

What are the development methods in youth education and how can these methods be applied?

Course material

Opiskelumateriaali muodostuu kehittämistoiminnan teoreettisesta sekä kehittämisen kohteena olevaa ilmiötä koskevasta kirjallisuudesta. Osa lähdemateriaalista on löydettävissä opintojakson Learn-alustalta.

Study forms and methods

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Opintojaksolla perehdytään kontaktiopetuksen, ryhmätyöskentelyn ja case-työskentelyn avulla kehittämisprosessiin sekä erilaisiin kehittämismenetelmiin. Opintojakso tukee myös kehittämistyyppisen opinnäytetyön toteutusta.
Opintojakso käynnistyy teoreettisella osuudella, jonka jälkeen opittua sovelletaan ja hyödynnetään työelämän kehittämishankkeissa tai niiden suunnittelussa.

Opintoja nopeuttava oppimisväylä:
Opintojaksolla on itsenäinen suoritusvaihtoehto, jonka avulla on mahdollista nopeuttaa opintoja. Oppimistehtävät löytyvät Learn-alustalta. Ota yhteys opintojakson opettajaan.

Työhön integroitu oppimisväylä:

Opiskelijan työmäärä 135 tuntia, josta luento-opetusta 26 tuntia.

Opintojakson kehittämismenetelmien soveltaminen tehtävien avulla kehittämisympäristöön tai opinnäytteeseen TAI työskentely kehittämisprosessissa sekä kehittämistä koskevan toiminnan raportointi.
