You can acquire, apply, and critically evaluate information for pedagogical development.
You can apply different pedagogical methods independently taking into account the operating environment.
You can design, implement and evaluate the pedagogical development process independently in the field of youth education.

Suomeksi
Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Opetus toteutetaan kolmena intensiivilähipäivänä. Lähipäivien välillä työstetään itsenäinen kehittämistehtävä ja uramentorointiprosessi.

Opintoja nopeuttava oppimisväylä:
Opintojakso on mahdollista suorittaa verkkokurssina. Tehtävät ja materiaali sekä kirjalistat löytyvät learn-alustalta
Avaimen learn-alustalle saa vastuuopettajalta.

RDI and work-related cooperation

Opintojaksolla toteutetaan kehittämishanke omaan työyhteisöön tai muuhun omavalintaiseen yhteisöön.

Timing of exams and assignments

Ilmoitetaan opintojakson alussa.

Student workload

135 h tuntia opiskelijan työtä, josta lähiopetusta kampuksella 16 tuntia ja verkossa 4 tuntia.
