Authentic project (10 cr)

Objective

The aim of the authentic project is to increase the student's understanding of the practical work tasks in the field, to practice the knowledge and skills learned in industrial and business work environments.

Content

· Finding a project topic

· Agreeing with the client on the project

· Drafting a project plan

· Implementing the project according to plan

· Returning the output and presentation to the client as agreed.

· Writing and returning the final report and a separate presentation for the instructors.

Evaluation

Students are able to
use professional vocabulary systematically.
look for information in the key information sources of the field.
identify interrelated tasks.
use the key models, methods, software and techniques of the professional field.
work as team members in a goal-oriented way.
