Data management in health care

You understand the meaning of evidence-based work in nursing and decision-making.

Documentation

You are able to plan the assessment of the need of treatment, the diagnosing of the nursing, the planning of the nursing, interventions and evaluation of results.

Data management in health care

What acts and decrees are privacy protection and information security of health care based on?

Yksilölliset oppimisväylät

Potilasturvallisuus (1op) suoritetaan verkossa itsenäisesti omaan tahtiin.

Tiedonhallinta (1op) ja Näyttöön perustuva hoitotyö (0,5op) sisältää itsenäistä opiskelua tehtävien ja oppimateriaalien muodossa Learn-alustalla.

Dokumentointi (1op) eli hoitotyön kirjaaminen tapahtuu verkko-opetuksena lukujärjestyksen mukaisesti.

Ergonomiassa (0,5op) on harjoitukset, jotka vaativat kontaktiopetusta koululla.

TKI ja työelämäyhteistyö

Ei TKI-toimintaa, eikä työelämäyhteistyötä.

Tiedonhallinta 1op: itsenäisesti Learnissa suoritettavat tehtävät.

Näyttöön perustuva hoitotyö 0,5op: itsenäisesti Learnissa suoritettavat tehtävät.

Hoitotyön dokumentointi (kirjaaminen) 1op - verkko-opetus lukujärjestyksen mukaisesti.

Ergonomia 0,5 op: Kontaktiopetusta sekä etänä että käytännössä koululla ja paritehtävä.

Further information

Ergonomian osuudessa osaamisen arviointi tapahtuu monipuolisen liikkumisen ja siirtymisen apuvälineiden käytön harjoittelun yhteydessä. Vaihtoehtoisia/korvaavia tehtäviä ei ole käytössä. Opiskelija täydentää osaamistaan tarvittaessa opintojakson seuraavalla toteutuksella.
Ergonomian osuuden AHOT-perusteena hyväksytään Ergonomiakortti 3op, joka on suoritettu viimeisen 5v aikana.

Ergonomia 0,5 op paritehtävä, (hyväksytty/täydennettävä/hylätty)
NPT 0,5op kirjallinen tehtävä (hyväksytty/täydennettävä/hylätty)
Tiedonhallinta 1op: Numeerinen arviointi (T1-K5, täydennettävä, hylätty)
Hoitotyön dokumentointi 1op: kirjaamisen harjoitukset (hyväksytty - täydennettävä- hylätty) ja arvioitava tehtävä (T1-K5, hylätty).

XAMKin arviointikehikko, TASO “Osaamisen alkuvaihe”, arvosanan 3 kuvaus
