Objective

After completing this course, students are able to:
- recognize the importance of entrepreneurship in the national economy
- evaluate the necessary personal skills and attitudes to be an entrepreneur
- identify the essential parts of the entrepreneurial process

Entrepreneurship challenge
Business opportunities: business idea identification and development
Building the business plan: financial, risk and marketing considerations
Practices of creating a new enterprise

Assessment methods and criteria

The evaluation is based on the following areas:
a. Students can systematically use professional vocabulary.
b. Students can look for information in the key information sources of the field.
d. Students can work together with customers, users and target groups.
f. Students can work as team members in a goal-oriented way.

The following assignments will be evaluated:

1) individual assignments 30 %
2) entrepreneur interview & company presentation (group work) 40 %
3) positive student activity during learning learning cafes and lectures 30 %

The more detailed evaluation criteria for the assignments will be published in the beginning of the course.
