You know the principles of safety management and well-being at work.

Content

How do you ensure safe working practices and identify the risks involved, and acknowledge an individual's ability to cope.?
What does zero accident mean?
What are everyone's occupational safety responsibilities?
What is the definition of a common workplace and the roles of different actors?
How do you recognize the load factors in a common workplace?
How do you identify the dangers involved when people are working together?

Evaluation

The students are able to
- use professional concepts in a variety of situations
- critically evaluate the sources of information
- work as a member of a team in expert positions in the workplace and identify and describe problems in the profession
- Evaluate performance in customer, user and target group situations
- promote the team's goal-oriented activities
- Critically apply ethical principles in your field to different situations
