What kind of a learning community is Xamk, and what are the study networks at Xamk like?
How do you build your own study and career plan?
How do you identify your own skills and enhance your employability?
What is your professional field like, and what are the professional ethics in your field?
How do you market your skills and strengthen your job search skills?
How do you advance your continuous learning?

Evaluation

Students can
a) use professional vocabulary systematically.
b) look for information in the key information sources of the field.
c) identify interrelated tasks.
d) work together with customers/clients, users and target groups.
e) use the key models, methods, software and techniques of the professional field.
f) work as team members in a goal-oriented way.
g).justify their actions according to the ethical principles of the professional field.

Study forms and methods

• Opintojakso etenee ryhmän yhteisen aikataulun mukaisesti läpi opintojen ajan
• Opintojakso sisältää yksilö- ja ryhmätehtäviä, joiden tarkoituksena on tukea ammatillisen identiteetin vahvistumisessa &
tukea urapolun löytymisessä
• Opintojaksolla on lähiopetusta

RDI and work-related cooperation

Opintojaksolla saattaa vierailla työelämän edustajia.

Timing of exams and assignments

Kurssi päättyy toteutuksen tiedoissa ilmoitettuna aikana, johon mennessä opiskelija on palauttanut suoritukseen vaadittavat harjoitustehtävät, suorittanut mahdolliset tentit ja täyttänyt muut hyväksytyn suorituksen vaatimukset.

Student workload

• 1 op vastaa noin 27 tuntia opiskelijan työtä. Työmäärä kuitenkin riippuu opiskelutaidoista ja aiemmasta osaamisesta.
• 5 op:n opintojaksolla opiskelijan työmäärä on n. 135 h
