Objective
You can conduct and develop the business strategy of a company and you can participate in enterprise business planning. You can apply professional knowledge and skills in real like business decision-making situations. You can use a variety of tools and analyse the activities of an enterprise by generating calculations and using key indicators data in order to support the decision making.
Content
How to conduct and develop the business strategy of a company? How to plan, budget, implement and analyse the activities of an enterprise? How do the competitors behave and how do the decisions of competitors influence the decision-making of the enterprise?
