Content
- How to design and produce a website that takes into account end user and customer needs?
- When designing for the web, how should you take into account the principles of accessibility, usability and user experience?
- How to design websites that work regardless of the screen resolution?
Evaluation
Students can
a. use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situa-tions.
b. evaluate information sources critically.
c. work as team members in working life expert duties and identify and describe the problems of the professional field.
d. evaluate operations in customer, user and target group situations.
e. choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices.
f. promote teams’ goal-oriented operation.
g. apply critically the ethical principles of the professional field in different situations.

Study forms and methods
Opetus toteutetaan kokonaan lähiopetuksena Kouvolan kampuksella lukujärjestyksen mukaan. Etäosallistuminen ei ole mahdollista. Lähiopetusta ei lähtökohtaisesti tallenneta, eikä sitä korvata etäluennoilla silloin, kun lähiopetusta annetaan lukujärjestyksen mukaan.
• Opiskelu rytmittyy työjärjestyksen mukaisten ryhmätapaamisten ja itsenäisesti tehtävien/ryhmässä tehtävien oppimistehtävien mukaan. Opintojakso koostuu luento-opetuskerroista ja tunnilla tehtävistä yksilö- ja pienryhmätehtävistä.
• Opettajan ohjausta saatavilla lähituntien yhteydessä.
• Arvioitavat tehtävät tehdään itsenäisesti/ryhmänä/paritöinä.
• Opintojaksolla hyödynnetään erilaisia palautteenantotapoja. Niitä voivat olla esimerkiksi kirjallinen ja suullinen palaute. Lisäksi voidaan hyödyntää myös vertaispalautteenantoa.
• Aikaisemman osaamisen tunnistamisen ja tunnustamisen mahdollisuus.
