You know the responsibilities of a leader.
You recognize exercise in the various arenas of management and development.
You recognize the needs and possibilities of developing of the use of exercise.
You can utilize national guidelines and recommendations of health promoting exercise in order to develop exercise in elderly care management and leadership.

Senior Work Management: The course is conducted as an online implementation. The student must be present during the first contact teaching session, in which case more detailed instructions for completing the course are given

Assessment methods and criteria
Senior work management: Accepted completion of the course requires an approved written final report and reflection assignment, as well as participation in the starting info in accordance with the instruction. The subjects, methods and grounds to be assessed for the course are presented at the beginning of the course.

Basis in elderly care 20 ECTS credits, Work method basis in elderly care 15 ECTS credits, Promotion of wellbeing and health in aging 15 ECTS credits, Work method's application in elderly care and senior work 15 ECTS credits and Work method's deepening in elderly care and senior work 15 ECTS credits moduls mainly completed Leadership in social and health care 5 ECTS credits
