Objective

Entrepreneurship
You have the basic competence to work as a self-employed entrepreneur in the social wellness and health sector.
Derivation
You know how to work in accordance with current legislation and public policy.
You understand your own role in building an organization's reputation, brand, image and customer service experience.
You are able to assess the quality of nursing work to develop customer / patient care and your own work.
You understand the impact of your own actions on the quality of your organization’s operations.
You know how to work cost-consciously and in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.
In cooperation with the work community, you are able to identify development needs and calls for change in nursing and within the organization.
As a member of the team, you will be able to participate in development, innovation and research processes.

What is the significance of entrepreneurship as part of service production?

Management
How do normative, resource and public policies pertaining to social welfare and health care services affect the provision of services?
How do you evaluate and develop patient- and customer-oriented services?
How do you evaluate, develop and monitor the quality and performance of services in your field in a changing social and health environment?
How do you behave as a member of the work community and how do you lead the team on your shift?
How do you prioritize and organize your activities?
How do you promote well-being at work in your work community?
How do you inform, mentor, and instruct co-workers and students?
