You know the different phases of a product development project.
You know the basics in patent law.
You are able to lead an independent equipment, plant, or process design project.

-use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations.
-choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices.

Kurssilla opeteltavan teorian pohjalta viedään läpi suunnitteluprojekti teollisuudesta.
Se voi olla Laite-, Laitos- tai prosessisuunnitteluprojekti, ja luonteeltaan laajempi tuotekehitystehtävä tai detaljin kehitys.
Työ tehdään ryhmissä, ja raportoidaan asiaankuuluvasti.
