You know the usual diseases and injuries that can be treated by surgery, as well as the treatment path of surgical patients.
You know the key nursing functions used in pre-, intra- and post-operative care.
You can systematically prevent, identify and treat postoperative surgical complications.
You manage the pain management process.
You apply guidance and teaching methods in surgical patients' nursing.

How do you implement pre-, intra- and post-operative nursing?
How do you prevent and treat post-operative complications?
How do you ensure patient and occupational safety during the surgical process stages
How do you plan, implement and assess the medical and non-pharmacological pain management of surgical patients?
How do you guide patients and commit them to self-care?
