You can create a reaction equation and use it in calculations.
You understand the concepts of concentration, acid, base and pH and know how to apply them in simple calculations.
You can take chemical safety into account in the workplace.
You understand the application of chemistry in the construction field, including concrete reactions, electromotive series and know how to apply your knowledge in response to metal corrosion reactions.

What is the composition of the atom, how does the structure of the atom affect to its reactivity, and what information does the periodic system provide?
What information is obtained from the reaction equation, and how can this information be utilized?
How can concentrations and pH values be calculated?
How is chemical safety taken into account?
How does concrete react to the environment, and how do different chemicals affect the durability of concrete?
