Objective

You learn to identify different kinds of management systems regarding the environment, health, safety and quality.
You are able develop and manage environmental systems for a company with the help of the available standards and management systems.
You learn how the systems are connected with the aspects of the natural and built environment and public health issues.
You know the role and responsibilities of an EHS officer.

Content

What are quality systems? How are they used and why, and who needs them?
What are the environmental quality standards and management systems (e.g. ISO, EMAS, GRI) and how are they established, managed and audited?
What does the certification of management system means, what it requires and how to complete the required documentation?
How to develop environmental environment, health, and safety management systems?

Evaluation

Students can
