Objective

You know what green project management is and how it differs from traditional project management. You know how sustainability can be evaluated in processes using measurable indicators. You learn through studying real project examples and by applying existing theories for sustainable project management and by using the existing knowledge in project management.

How are projects managed traditionally?
What is green project management?
How does green project management improve the sustainability of operations?
How does applying green project management influence the targets, tasks, inputs and outputs of project management processes?

Evaluation

Students can
a. use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations.
b. evaluate information sources critically.
e. choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices.
g. apply critically the ethical principles of the professional field in different situations.
