Objective

You are familiar with the basics of ecology, ecotoxicology and environmental science to help you understand current environmental concerns. You are able to see causal connections between environmental problems and human activity.You can combine environmental information from international sources and evaluate it ethically.

Content

What is environmental science?
How do human activities affect the environment

Evaluation

Students can:
use professional vocabulary systematically.
look for information in the key information sources of the field.
work together with customers, users and target groups.
work as team members in a goal-oriented way.

Material will be provided in the Learn -system.

Study forms and methods

Online course with online lectures.

Timing of exams and assignments

Final exam at the end of the course + several smaller tests during the course (online exams).
