Rehabilitation process and service system (5 cr)

Objective

You can define social-, health- and rehabilitation services and their meaning for welfare of the population in Finland.
You understand the client’s rights and participation as a user and developer in social and health care services.
You are aware of the individual factors influencing the client’s every-day coping and rehabilitation process. You are aware of the ways to empower your client’s participation during the rehabilitation process. You are aware of the ways to promote rehabilitation process and every-day coping in the individual, group and population levels by taking advantage of living environment and multi-professional services.

How are social, health and rehabilitation services organized in Finland, what is the meaning of them and how do they effect to welfare of the population?
What are the client’s rights and participation as a user and developer in social and health care services?
How do you identify the individual factors influencing client’s every-day life and rehabilitation process?
How do you promote client’s participation in goalsetting, planning, implementation and evaluation to enhance every-day activities?
How do you promote rehabilitation process in the individual, group and population levels by taking advantage of living environment and multi-professional services?

Study forms and methods

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Opintojakso toteutetaan PBL-tutoriaaleina ja verkko-opintoina Learn-opiskeluympäristössä. Opintojakso sisältää oppimistehtäviä, joihin sisältyy haastattelu, verkkokeskustelua ja tehtävien vertaiskommentointia. Voit perehtyä Learnissa opiskeluaineistoihin ja tehdä oppimistehtävät itsenäisesti oman aikataulusi mukaan.

Opintoja nopeuttava oppimisväylä / Monimuotoisesti opiskelevat:
Opintojakso toteutetaan verkko-opintoina Learn-opiskeluympäristössä. Opintojakso sisältää oppimistehtäviä, joihin sisältyy haastattelu, verkkokeskustelua ja tehtävien vertaiskommentointia. Voit perehtyä Learnissa opiskeluaineistoihin ja tehdä oppimistehtävät itsenäisesti oman aikataulusi mukaan.
