You can plan and implement client-centred and goal-oriented coaching processes.
You know how to plan and support clients' lifestyle changes.
You are able to apply evidence-based information in coaching.

Content

How do you schedule coaching?
How do you make starting point surveys, plan the progress of coaching processes and implement coaching according to targets?
How do you support clients' motivation, behaviour and commitment to coaching processes in client-empowering ways?
How do you report and justify your solutions based on evidence?
How do you assess achieving the targets?
How do you make use of client feedback, peer evaluation and self-reflection in developing your own activities?
How do you account for safety factors and ethical princles in coaching?

Evaluation

Students can
a. use professional terminology systematically.
b. look for information in the key information sources of the field.
c. identify interrelated tasks.
d. work together with clients, users and target groups.
e. choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices
f. work as team members in a goal-oriented way.
g. justify their actions according to the ethical principles of the professional field.
