Objective

• You understand the special characteristics, objectives and processes of research and development in nursing.
• You are able to conduct a systematic database search as part of evidence-based research and development.
• You are able to use different research methods depending on the nature of the project.
• You can assess the reliability, ethicality and utilization of research and development projects.
• You can apply the special characteristics, objectives and processes of research and development in your master’s thesis.

Content

• What are the ethics and philosophical fundamentals of research in the field of nursing, and by what legislation is it governed?
• How do you conduct a systematic database search?
• How do you plan, conduct and assess a research and development project in a methodical and accurate manner?
