Objective

You learn:
- to generate ideas and to plan and produce different kinds of events, e.g. as a tool for marketing
- to develop your team work skills

Content

- What kind of research should be your focus when creating ideas and the associated plans for a special event?
- How should the project be organized, how will it be developing?
- How do you act as a member of a team?
- How are the different actors be engaged in your project?
- What specific requirements will be expected of you in terms of planning a fashion show, costumes for a performance, exhibition, festive reception or a commercial exhibition/fair?

Study forms and methods

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Tapahtuman suunnittelu -opintokokonaisuus on käytännössä tapahtumakokonaisuuden ideointi, suunnittelu ja toteutus projektimaisena ryhmätyönä. Vastuualueet jaetaan ryhmiin ja eri kokonaisuuksia koordinoidaan yhteen.

Tätä opintokokonaisuutta ei voi nopeuttaa, koska vaaditaan koko prosessin läpiäyntiä pääryhmän aikataulun mukaisesti.
