Objective

1. You show your proficiency with the principles of project management.
2 You can plan and carry out working life based projects and evaluate their success.
3. You can report the stages of a project.
4. You can work as responsible members and coordinators in a project group according to set goals.
5. You can work in cooperation with clients.
6. You can use earlier know-how of HVAC technology while carrying out projects.

Content

What are the main methods of project planning, implementation and management?
How are projects planned, implemented and reported and how is their success evaluated?
How are different tools used in project planning, implementation, control and reporting?
How do you work in project groups and with clients?
How can you reliably evaluate the project implementation and results and their usability in working life?
How does HVAC technology and/or energy efficiency relate to your project?

Evaluation

Students can
a. use professional vocabulary and concepts extensively and proficiently in different situations.
e. choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices.
f. promote teams’ goal-oriented operation.

Qualifications

Attending the course requires completing the courses of Project management skills, Principles of HVAC design and Energy calculation.
