Objective
You get an overall picture of leadership in different kind of organizations and fair leadership.
You learn to manage and understand human interactions in the work place and you will be prepared to meet internal and external stakeholders in challenging management situations.
You are coached to work as a responsible member of work communities.
You learn the basic principles of good organization management and how professional human resources (HR) planning, welfare, motivation and fair leadership influence organizations’ performance.
