You are able to analyze the status of various laws, regulations and guidelines in the use of public authority, and you know the different practices relating to appeals.
You can carry out administrative procedures with ease and know the fundamental principles of good administration.
You can draw up different kinds of public documents according to good administrative procedures.

What do disqualification, hearing, pending effect of a matter and clarification of the matter mean?
How do electronic services, secrecy obligation, Act on the Openness of Government Activities and a variety of legislation controlling authorities’ activities affect citizens’ lives in practice?
