Students can find, study, produce and evaluate critically data in their field of expertise.

Students can manage development work communally. Students are able to include actors of the project of the thesis and sharie knowledge in a variety of expert communities.

Students can explain and analyze the solutions and their effectiveness, taking into account the individual (for example, customers and employees), community / business and society at large, as well as those included in the value of the potential conflicts.

Students can plan and implement documentation and information of development work professionally.

Students can report on the development work during the process, taking into account the purpose of the project participants, interest groups and the methods used.

Students can inform of their own development work with appropriate information tools and media ethically keeping the social responsibility of the field in mind.

The criteria of the assignments available in the "Learn" platform. The course grade bases on the assessment of the individual assignments, and each of them should be passed. Teacher gives feedback that supports the student's learning process.

Completion alternatives

Opintojakso on kokonaisuudessaan integroitu työhön ja työn kehittämiseen, sillä opintojakso liittyy omaan opinnäytetyöhön (avoimessa amkissa johonkin työelämän kehittämistyöhön), joten oman opinnäytetyön aihe tulisi olla selvillä opintojakson alkaessa.

Päivitetään kirjoittamistaitoja ajan tasalle (mm. kielen- ja tekstinhuolto) ja kerrataan Xamkin raportointitapa (lähdeviitetekniikka jne.). Tutustutaan erilaisiin opinnäytetyön toteutusvaihtoehtoihin ja raportoinnin reunaehtoihin (raportin rakenne, tekstin luettavuus ja seurattavuus, visuaalisuus jne.). Pohditaan yhteisöllistä tiedonrakentelua ja ongelmatilanteiden ratkaisuja. Harjoitellaan asiantuntija- ja tiedeviestintää tiedottamisen näkökulmasta somen aikakaudella (tiedotustilaisuus, mediatiedote, blogit, artikkelit, videot jne.).

a. hankkia, käsitellä, tuottaa ja arvioida tietoa erityisosaamisalueellaan laaja-alaisesti
b. ratkaista ongelmia tutkimus-, kehittämis- ja /tai innovaatiotoiminnassa
c. arvioida ja johtaa yksittäisten ihmisten sekä ryhmien toimintaa
d. vastata ja kehittää toimintoja
e. käyttää erilaisia strategisia lähestymistapoja johtamisessa
f. työskennellä alan asiantuntijatehtävissä tai yrittäjänä
g. viestiä selkeästi sekä suullisesti että kirjallisesti omalla äidinkielellä ja käyttää vieraskielistä aineistoa

a. hankkia, käsitellä, tuottaa ja arvioida kriittisesti monialaista tietoa erityisosaamisalueellaan
b. ratkaista vaativia ongelmia tutkimus-, kehittämis- ja /tai innovaatiotoiminnassa
c. arvioida ja johtaa itsenäisesti yksittäisten ihmisten sekä ryhmien toimintaa
d. vastata ja kehittää toimintoja itsenäisesti
e. arvioida strategisia lähestymistapoja ja perustella niiden käyttöä johtamisen ja kehittämisen näkökulmasta
f. työskennellä itsenäisesti alan asiantuntijatehtävissä tai yrittäjänä
g. viestiä asiantuntevasti sekä johdonmukaisesti suullisesti ja kirjallisesti omalla äidinkielellä sekä yhdellä vieraalla kielellä

a. arvioida ja hyödyntää kriittisesti monialaista tietoa erityisosaamisalueellaan uusia näkökulmia tuottaen
b. ratkaista luovasti monimutkaisia ongelmia tutkimus-, kehittämis- ja /tai innovaatiotoiminnassa
c. arvioida ja johtaa tuloksellisesti ja itsenäisesti yksittäisten ihmisten sekä ryhmien toimintaa
d. vastata ja kehittää toimintoja itsenäisesti ja systemaattisesti
e. käyttää uusia strategisia lähestymistapoja johtamisen välineenä monimutkaisissa ja ennakoimattomissa tilanteissa
f. työskennellä itsenäisesti alan vaativissa asiantuntijatehtävissä tai yrittäjänä
g. kykenee oman erityisosaamisalueensa vaativaan kansainväliseen viestintään ja vuorovaikutukseen erilaisissa toimijayhteisöissä
