Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö -osuus (2 op) toteutuu kampusten yhteisinä verkko-opintoina ja voit opiskella aiheen Sinulle sopivana ajankohtana opintojakson aikana.
Ohjaus ja omahoitoon tukeminen -osio (3 op) toteutuu kampuskohtaisina verkko-opintoina sisältäen verkkoluentoja, luentotallenteita ja opettajan ohjaustunteja sekä parityöskentelyä.
TKI ja työelämäyhteistyö
Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö -osuuden materiaaleissa on työelämäedustajien videoita ja työelämästä tulevia esimerkkejä.
Ohjaus ja omahoitoon tukeminen -osion materiaaleissa on työelämästä tulevia esimerkkejä potilas/asiakastapauksista ja miten ohjaus heidän kohdallaan olisi tärkeää toteutua.

Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö -osuudesta on Exam-tentti, joka tulee tehdä opintojakson päättymiseen mennessä.
Ohjaus ja omahoidon tukeminen osuudesta on kirjallinen tehtävä, jonka palautusaika on opintojakson päättymiseen mennessä, mutta se määritellään terkemmin opintojaksoinfossa

Opiskelijan työmäärä
Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö -osuus on laajuudeltaan 2 op, mikä vastaa 54 h opiskelijan työtä.
Ohjaus ja omahoitoon tukeminen -osio on 3 op vastaten 81 tuntia. Kontaktiopetukseen osallistuminen on vapaaehtoista.
Toteutuksen osien kuvaus
Opintojakso koostuu ohjaus ja omahoidon tukeminen -osuudesta (3 op) ja sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö -osuudesta (2op).
1.Toimintaympäristön osuus on itsenäisenä verkko-opiskeluna. Itsenäinen opiskelu edellyttää tavoitteellisuutta, vastuunottamista ja ajankäytön suunnittelua, mitkä tukevat yrittäjämäisiä valmiuksia.
2. Ohjaus- ja omahoidon osuus 2op. Toteutetaan joustavina verkko-opintoina. Lisäksi oppimisen tueksi tarjolla 8h yhteisiä verkkotapaamisia.
3. Motivoiva haastattelu 1 op. Toteutetaan kampuksella simulaatioharjoituksena.

3. Motivoiva haastattelu 1 op. Arviointi hyv/hyl. 100% läsnäolo vaaditaan.
Opintojakson arvosanan mahdollinen korottaminen tapahtuu yksilötentillä, joka sisältää koko opintojakson aihealueet.

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus
Opintojakso koostuu ohjaus ja omahoidon tukeminen -osuudesta (3 op) ja sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö -osuudesta (2op).
1.Toimintaympäristön osuus on itsenäisenä verkko-opiskeluna. Itsenäinen opiskelu edellyttää tavoitteellisuutta, vastuunottamista ja ajankäytön suunnittelua, mitkä tukevat yrittäjämäisiä valmiuksia.
2. Ohjaus- ja omahoidon osuus 2op. Toteutetaan joustavina verkko-opintoina. Lisäksi oppimisen tueksi tarjolla 8h yhteisiä verkkotapaamisia.
3. Motivoiva haastattelu 1 op. Toteutetaan kampuksella simulaatioharjoituksena.

Opiskelumateriaali ilmoitetaan opintojakson Learn-alustalla.
Yksilölliset oppimisväylät
Työviikkopohjaisessa väylässä Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö -osuus (2 op) on kampusten yhteisenä verkko-opintoina ja voit opiskella aiheen Sinulle sopivana ajankohtana opintojakson aikana. Ohjaus ja omahoitoon tukeminen -osio (3 op) toteutuu kampuskohtaisina verkko-opintoina sisältäen verkkoluentoja, luentotallenteita ja opettajan ohjaustunteja sekä parityöskentelyä.
Työhön integroitu oppimisväylä:
Osio Ohjaus- ja omahoidon tukeminen (3 op) on mahdollista suorittaa työelämässä, jos työnkuvaan kuuluu asiakkaan tai potilaan ohjaus eri muodoissaan. Suoritustavasta sovitaan osion vastuuopettajan kanssa viimeistän heti opintojaksoinfon jälkeen.
Voit osoittaa osaamistasi aiemmin hankitulla korkeakouluopinnoilla tai työkokemuksella, mikäli ne vastaavat opintojakson tavoitteita. Jos haet osittaista osaamisen tunnustamista (1-4 op), lähetä vapaamuotoinen osaamisen kuvaus ja todistukset sähköpostilla opintojakson vastuuopettajalle kuukautta ennen opintojakson alkua. Koko opintojakson osaamisen tunnistaminen (5 op) haetaan E-opintotoimiston kautta.

Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö -osuuden materiaaleissa on työelämäedustajien videoita ja työelämästä tulevia esimerkkejä.
Ohjaus ja omahoitoon tukeminen -osion materiaaleissa on työelämästä tulevia esimerkkejä potilas/asiakastapauksista ja miten ohjaus heidän kohdallaan olisi tärkeää toteutua.

Opintojakso koostuu ohjaus ja omahoidon tukeminen -osuudesta (3 op) ja sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö -osuudesta (2op).
Toimintaympäristön osuus on itsenäisenä verkko-opiskeluna. Itsenäinen opiskelu edellyttää tavoitteellisuutta, vastuunottamista ja ajankäytön suunnittelua, mitkä tukevat yrittäjämäisiä valmiuksia.
Ohjaus ja omahoitoon tukeminen -osiossa kehität suunnittelutaitojasi asiakaspalveluvalmiuksia ja digitaalista osaamistasi.

Arvosanojen pisterajat esitellään Learn-ympäristössä.

Työviikkopohjaisessa väylässä Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö -osuus (2 op) on kampusten yhteisenä verkko-opintoina ja voit opiskella aiheen Sinulle sopivana ajankohtana opintojakson aikana. Ohjaus ja omahoitoon tukeminen -osio (3 op) toteutuu kampuskohtaisina verkko-opintoina sisältäen verkkoluentoja, luentotallenteita ja opettajan ohjaustunteja sekä parityöskentelyä.
Voit osoittaa osaamistasi aiemmin hankitulla korkeakouluopinnoilla tai työkokemuksella, mikäli ne vastaavat opintojakson tavoitteita. Jos haet osittaista osaamisen tunnustamista (1-4 op), lähetä vapaamuotoinen osaamisen kuvaus ja todistukset sähköpostilla opintojakson vastuuopettajalle kuukautta ennen opintojakson alkua. Koko opintojakson osaamisen tunnistaminen (5 op) haetaan E-opintotoimiston kautta.

Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö -osuuden materiaaleissa on työelämäedustajien videoita ja työelämästä tulevia esimerkkejä.
Ohjaus ja omahoitoon tukeminen -osion materiaaleissa on työelämästä tulevia esimerkkejä potilas/asiakastapauksista ja miten ohjaus heidän kohdallaan olisi tärkeää toteutua.

Ohjaus ja omahoitoon tukeminen -osio (3 op) toteutuu kampuskohtaisina verkko-opintoina sisältäen verkkoluentoja, luentotallenteita ja opettajan ohjaustunteja sekä parityöskentelyä.

Suomeksi
Työviikkopohjainen toteutus: verkko-opintoina 2 op ja lähiopetusta 3 op sisältäen luentoja ja itsenäistä tai parityöskentelyä. Työviikkopohjaisessa väylässä sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö -osuus (2 op) on verkko-opintoina ja voit opiskella aiheen Sinulle sopivana ajankohtana opintojakson aikana.
Työhön integroitu oppimisväylä:
Osio Ohjaus- ja omahoidon tukeminen (3 op) on mahdollista suorittaa työelämässä, jos työnkuvaan kuuluu asiakkaan tai potilaan ohjaus eri muodoissaan. Suoritustavasta sovitaan osion vastuuopettajan kanssa viimeistään heti opintojaksoinfon jälkeen.

Materiaaleissa on myös työelämästä tulevia esimerkkejä potilas/asiakastapauksista ja miten ohjaus heidän kohdallaan olisi tärkeää toteutua.

Ohjaus ja omahoidon tukeminen osuudesta on kirjallinen tehtävä, jonka palautusaika on opintojakson päättymiseen mennessä.
Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö -osuudesta on Exam-tentti, joka tulee tehdä opintojakson päättymiseen mennessä.
Opiskelijan työmäärä
Työmäärä opiskelijalle on 135 h, josta lähiopetusta on 17 h ja itsenäistä opiskelua / parityöskentelyä on 118 h (sisältäen verkko-opinnot).
Toteutuksen osien kuvaus
Opintojakso koostuu ohjaus ja omahoidon tukeminen -osuudesta (3 op) ja sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö -osuudesta (2op).
Toimintaympäristön osuus on itsenäisenä verkko-opiskeluna. Itsenäinen opiskelu edellyttää tavoitteellisuutta, vastuunottamista ja ajankäytön suunnittelua, mitkä tukevat yrittäjämäisiä valmiuksia.

Opintojaksoon kuuluu 2 op työelämäprojekti, jonka ajankohta on vielä avoinna. Alustava suunnitelma on viikolla 46, alustava päivä projektin toteutukselle on perjantai 18.11, mutta tarkempi päivä/päivät tarkentuvat lähempänä.

Yksilölliset oppimisväylät
Työviikkopohjainen toteutus: Ohjaus - ja omahoidon tukeminen (3op) osalta opetus sisältää lähiopetusta, verkko-opintoja, itsenäistä opiskelua, oppimistehtäviä ja tentin. Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristö (2 op) verkko-opintoina.
Työhön integroitu oppimisväylä: Voit osoittaa osaamistasi aiemmin hankitulla korkeakouluopinnoilla tai työkokemuksella, mikäli ne vastaavat opintojakson tavoitteita. Jos haet osittaista osaamisen tunnustamista (1-4 op), lähetä vapaamuotoinen osaamisen kuvaus ja todistukset sähköpostilla opintojakson vastuuopettajalle kuukautta ennen opintojakson alkua.
Koko opintojakson osaamisen tunnistaminen (5 op) haetaan E-opintotoimiston kautta.

Työviikkopohjainen toteutus: Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimintaympäristöjen osuus 2 op on itsenäisesti tehtävinä verkko-opintoina ja Ohjaus- ja omahoidon osuus 3 op on lähiopetuksena sisältäen luentoja, ryhmätyöskentelyä ja itsenäistä opiskelua.

Opintojaksolla on esimerkkejä työelämässä tehtävästä ohjauksesta ja miten omahoitoa voidaan tukea. Opintojakson materiaaleissa on videoita ja podcasteja, joissa työelämän edustajat kertovat mm. erilaisista toimintaympäristöistä, ohjauksesta, verkostoista ja ohjauksessa käytettävistä menetelmistä. Materiaaleissa on myös työelämästä tulevia esimerkkejä potilas/asiakastapauksista ja miten ohjaus heidän kohdallaan olisi tärkeää toteutua.

Toimintaympäristön osuudesta on Examissa tehtävä tentti, jonka voit tehdä Sinulle sopivana ajankohtana opintojakson päättymiseen mennessä.
Ohjaus ja omahoidon tukeminen osuudesta on kirjallinen tehtävä, jonka palautusaika on opintojakson päättymiseen mennessä.
Opiskelijan työmäärä
Työmäärä opiskelijalle on 135 h, josta lähiopetusta (ryhmässä työskentelyä) on 30 h ja itsenäistä opiskelua (sisältäen verkko-opinnot) on 105 h.

You know how to evaluate the customer’s/patient’s needs, resources and his/her own responsibility in planning the guidance and self-care.
You are able to plan and carry out evidence-based individual and group guidance in cooperation with the customer/patient and other experts.
You can assess the results of guidance together with the customer/patient, his/her family and healthcare professionals.
You know how to plan and carry out the guidance supporting customer’s/patient’s self-care in a pedagogic and ethical manner.
