Communication skills for BM (5cr)

Objective

Students can use professional vocabulary in different private and group communication situations in Finnish, English and Swedish. Students can work in work-related communication situations in a cooperative and goal-oriented way.

Content

How to communicate in work-related situations in a cooperative and goal-oriented way? Which different means can be used in cooperative and goal-oriented communication? How are the special features of different languages taken into consideration in communication?

Evaluation

a) Osaat käyttää alasi sanastoa eri yksilö- ja ryhmäviestintätilanteissa suomeksi, englanniksi ja ruotsiksi.
d) Osaat toimia tavoitteellisesti työyhteisössä asiakkaiden ja eri kohderyhmien kanssa sekä suullisissa että kirjallisissa viestintätilanteissa englanniksi ja ruotsiksi.
f) Osaat edistää ryhmän toimintaa viestinnän keinoin.
