At the end of the course, the student is expected to be able to: - recognise the factors affecting profitability in marketing operations - assess the competitive tools for marketing solutions in terms of profitability - make basic budget calculations for promotional activities - calculate the profitability ratios for marketing operations

Content: - product, price, distribution channels, and communication in terms of profitability - customer profitability - effective marketing planning - marketing costs, marketing budget - profitability ratios of marketing
