What are the theoretical approaches to and practical tools of communication and interaction and how do you apply them to your work?
How do you evaluate and develop organizational communication?
How do you evaluate your industry and use the Finnish and English language source material for the development of your work?
How do you communicate within an organization and make know-how visible in Finnish and in English?
How do you communicate successfully in negotiation and conflict situations in a work community?

When you register for this course, you will participate in online teaching and guidance according to the schedule, and complete the tasks given by the teachers.

As an accelerated option, you can register for a corresponding implementation offered to a group that started their studies earlier.
