Objective

In this course, students:

Develop leadership skills for managing and motivating diverse, multicultural teams.

Learn strategies for fostering inclusive teamwork and ensuring effective collaboration.

Understand different leadership styles and how to adapt them to global work environments.

Enhance intercultural communication skills to navigate cultural differences and prevent misunderstandings.

Gain expertise in conflict resolution and decision-making in international and cross-cultural settings.

After completing this course, students can:
