Osaamistavoitteet

The course is lectured in English. The student understands logistics service providers´ business, knows the basis of producing logistics services and theri productization and demands and can calculate the operational costs of logistics service process. The student can analyse the efectiveness, economy and productivity of logistics services using logistics key figures.
