You know how to lead yourself, develop your leadership and skills as a responsible member of work communities.
You are familiar with management theories and trends, and you know how to assess their suitability for management and leadership.
You understand the importance of interaction skills in supervisor work, and you know how to act in challenging situations.
You can analyse and develop the operation of work communities in a solution and result oriented manner.
You know how to act in supervisor role in situations typical for managers.

How to lead yourself and how to act as a responsible member of work communities?
How do you identify different roles, behaviors and phenomena in work communities?
How do you communicate and act as a responsible member of work communities and lead them?
How to use different leadership models in different organisations?
How to communicate and act constructively in interactive situations?
How do you develop the activities of work communities in a goal-oriented way?
