  How to evaluate and define one´s own leadership skills? Hoe to recognize own development areas? How to develop learning skills and metacognitive skills in learning? How is leadership thinking developed and how is it effects today? What is diversity in leadership and how does it emerge? How to lead networks and multicultural working communities? What societal, social and economic mechanisms connect to the strategic decision making in healthcare and welfare policies? How does legislation effect to the leadership? What kind of legislative responsibilities and moral and ethical demands are connected to leadership?
