  you are able to manage the research  process and the main methods to collect andanalysedata you are able to manage innovative methods to evaluate and develop work communities and services you are able to manage different sectors of project actions and you can evaluate and be in charge of them productively you are able to identify own developing needs as a instructor of your developing work

  What kind of different research processes are available to develop practices in social work and health care? What is the basis of research ethics and how you can take them into account in your own developing work? How to confirm trustworthiness in different research strategies and methods? What kind of methodological solutions you do in your own master`s thesis and how you can argue choices? What are  the development-, evaluate- and action research processes? Whatkind of communal methods (for instance future research methods) you can use when developing practice?
