The student knows basic concepts of marketing, knows the meaning of customer focus, and can identify the impacts of the marketing environment. The student understands the stages of the sales process, understands the importance of customer service quality, and can plan marketing.

-the marketing concept -marketing environment, competition, demand -buyer behaviour, segmentation, positioning -marketing mix -marketing research and planning
