You know what leadership and management expertise means and how it can be improved.
You identify the steps of the development of management thinking and recognize their impact on today's management.
You are able to assess and define your own leadership skills and you recognize the related development needs.
You know how to make your own leadership development plans.
You know how members are operating societal, social and economic mechanisms and their implications for management.
You know the main labor law and the importance of leadership point of view.
You know the well-being factors and you know how to lead and promote the well-being of organisation.
You can apply your own field of value systems and ethical principles of management and social responsibility.

How to management thinking has evolved, and how to influence today?
How the leadership skills and related development needs can be assessed and improved?
What leadership development plan consists of and how to do it?
What kind of societal, social and economic mechanisms and the impact of the operating environment associated with the management?
What is the main labor law and what it means management point of view?
