• you know the organization of health and social care in Finland, and you understand how the services are produced, offered, controlled and monitored
• you are familiar and able to comply with the main current operational policies in social and health care
• you are able to guide the client/patient to using the appropriate public and private sector social and health care services and third sector services in order to promote his/her health and well-being
• you know the significance of different treatment and service units as parts of treatment and service processes
• you are able to utilize electronic services as part of the overall treatment of the patient /client
• you are able to utilize social media in your nursing work and keep your private and professional roles separated in your use of social media
