Objective

You understand the conceptual and methodological foundations of impact assessment and quality management and you know the multidisciplinary targets / models / systems of their application.

You understand the process-oriented nature of impact assessment and quality management and can identify the most central / common steps of different approaches.

You know the methods and tools of impact assessment and quality management and know how to use them in practice.

You know how to plan, model and implement the quality and/or impact assessment process and critically evaluate the strengths and areas for improvement in the process.

What are the conceptual and methodological foundations of impact assessment and quality management and what are the various multidisciplinary targets / models / systems of their application?

What is the process-oriented nature of impact assessment and quality management and what are the most central / common steps of the different approaches?

What are the impact assessment and quality management methods and tools and how can you use them in practice?

How do you plan, model and implement the quality and/or impact evaluation process, and how do you critically evaluate the strengths and areas for development in the process?
