Objective

You are able to plan, implement and evaluate target-oriented counselling by supporting clients' involvement and sense of community.
You know group dynamic models and are able to identify the phenomena related to them.
You are able to apply the principles and methods of social pedagogics and socio-cultural animation.
You understand the process of the client work and the meaning of case management.
You are able to reflect your own strengths and development challenges as a counselor.

What kind of group dynamic models and phenomena exist?
How can you apply the principles and methods of social pedagogics and socio-cultural animation in different social work environments?
What kind of stages do the client processes involve?

Työviikkopohjainen toteutus:
Työjärjestykseen merkityillä aloitustunneilla ohjeistetaan jakson tehtävät ja muut suoritukset. Jaksoon liittyy myös tutoriaalityöskentelyä, opetustunteja ja tehtävien purkutunteja.
