You know the significance of buildings’ life cycle from the perspective of sustainable construction.
You know what the life cycle assessment of buildings means.
You know the life cycle of building services and the factors that affect it.
You understand the importance of maintenance for the life cycle of buildings.

Content

What does the life cycle of buildings consist of?
What does the life cycle assessment of buildings mean and what does the assessment require?
What is the significance of building services and building energy efficiency for the life cycle impacts of buildings?
What does the circular economy of construction mean from the viewpoint of building services and what factors affect it?

Opettaja jakaa tarvittavan materiaalin Learn-oppimisalustan kautta tai ohjeistaa materiaalin hankinnassa.

Study forms and methods

Opintojakso on verkko-opintojakso, jossa ei ole paikkaan sidottua opiskelua. Luennot on toteutettu videoluentoina ja oppimistehtävät opiskelija pystyy tekemään oman aikataulunsa mukaan. Opiskelija voi edetä opintojaksolla oman aikataulunsa mukaisesti.

Timing of exams and assignments

Opintojaksolla ei ole varsinaisia tenttejä, vaan oppimistehtäviä, jotka jokainen tekee oman aikataulun mukaisesti opintojakson aikana.
