As a result of the course the student is able to understand the strategic essence of consistent management of company's product/service portfolio research and assess existing and emerging markets in respect to company's own product/service strategy and portfolio develop, organize and take measures to maintain and develop company's product/service portfolio of quality, brand and intangible assets plan, conduct and manage complex research and analysis to produce material for company's strategic development to support strategic decision making
